RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Return via mail: You can generate a QR code and drop off your return at an official FedEx Office location (third party authorized FedEx locations are NOT eligible). No shipping box or label needed, however the shoe box is mandatory. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days since the QR code was issued.
Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items.
Betsey Johnson merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Returns from Canada must be made through a carrier that provides a tracking number. Return cost is NOT covered by Betsey Johnson. Once the package is dropped off, please email info@betseyjohnson.com with your order number, carrier name and tracking number. Merchandise must be returned to:

EXCHANGES
You will be able to choose your exchange online and if the item is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as you drop off your item at a FedEx location. If your exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is returned via FedEx, your original order will be refunded.
If you wish to exchange for a different style or color, place a new order for the style, color, size you want, and then call customer service at 1-866-222-4243 to get return authorization and a prepaid FedEx QR code to send the item back to us as a return. When you call customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received at our warehouse.
